Public consultations are held on the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from the Department for Assessing the Regulatory Impact of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on holding public consultations on the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the approval of the composition and procedure for providing entities with activities in the sphere of industry, state authorities, local self-government bodies for inclusion in the state information system of industry, a list of forms of information to be approved by the authorized body for inclusion in the state information system of industry by business entities in the sphere of industry, state authorities, local governments and the list of information the state information system of industry, subject to compulsory placement in the open access in the information and telecommunication network "Internet".

The project was prepared in order to unify and systematize information submitted to the State Information Industry System.

At present, the subjects of activity in the sphere of industry, government bodies, and local self-government bodies lack the ability to determine the composition and procedure for providing information to the State Information Industry System.

The draft proposes to establish the procedure for the provision of information by the specified persons and organizations to this system, as well as the list and composition of information subject to mandatory public offering in the information and telecommunications network "Internet".
