Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bruno Bobone

On May 30, during his working visit to Lisbon, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with President of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bruno Bobone.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Portugal is a private business association established in 1834 to support Portuguese companies.

Welcoming members of the Tatarstan delegation, Bruno Bobone expressed his confidence that there are great opportunities for the development of relations in the sphere of economy, agriculture and other areas.

“Your visit is an opportunity to get to know Tatarstan, to offer Portuguese businesses new initiatives for trade partnership," Bobone said.

If Portuguese business wants to realize itself potential in Russia, then Tatarstan is a good platform for entering the Russian market, Minnikhanov said and invited Bruno Bobone to visit Tatarstan.

At the end of the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tatarstan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Portugal.
