The rating the socio-economic development of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan for January-February 2017 year has been prepared

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-February 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-February 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

For January-February 2017 years the largest change of ranking was achieved by Alekseevskiy (+6 points), Agryzsky (+5 points) municipalities, prefecture-level city of Naberezhnye Chelny and Aksubayevsky municipal district (+3 points). These changes are conditioned by several factors: decline in the level of registered unemployment, increased investment in main capital and etc.

The situation aggravated in the ranking of Atninsk (-4 points), Menzelinsk, Rybno-Slobodsk and Sabinsk (-3 points) municipal districts. Data degradation is conditioned by the increase of level of registered unemployment, decrease in supply of locally produced products, investments in main capital and etc.

Per capita volume of shipped products in average amounted to 84.54 thousand RUB, among the municipalities of the Republic of the highest results for this indicator was reached by Almetevsk (540.07 thousand RUB), Nizhnekamsk (283.21 thousand RUB) and Novosheshminsk (167.54 thousand RUB) municipalities.

As of March 1, 2017 year the level of registered unemployment in the Republic amounted to 0.74%. In 22 municipalities, this indicator was below the average Republican values. The lowest unemployment level was registered in Laishevo (0.20%), Verhneuslonsk (0.37%) and (0.39%) Aktanyshsk municipal areas. The greatest - in Sabinsk (1.38%), Yelabuga (1.37%) and Bavlinsk (1.32%) municipal areas.

In January-February of 2017 in RT it was commissioned 0.121 sq. meters of housing area per capita. The largest housing area per capita was launched in Pestrechinsk (1.37 sq. meters), Laishevo (0.37 square meters) and Vysokogorsk (0.29 square meters) municipal areas.
