An expert on business scaling will talk about the preparation of the project for the launch of the franchise

Within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized Entrepreneurship", a business scaling expert will tell entrepreneurs about the preparation of the project for the launch of a franchise. The lecture will be held at the "My Business" regional Center.  

The speaker will be Evgeny Taldykin, an expert on franchising, ex-director of franchising Cio Cio, business scaling consultant.

At the lecture, entrepreneurs of the republic will learn about franchise packaging and the services of third-party brokers - their pros and cons. The speaker will share how to determine the readiness of a business to scale and how to take the first steps to sell a franchise. The lecture participants will also discuss the personnel and other resources needed to implement the franchise.
