Tatarstan will take part in the St. Petersburg Economic Forum

St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held on June 6-8, 2019. A delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by President Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in the event. The delegation includes the Minister of Economy Farid Abdulganiyev, his deputies.

The key topic of the forum is “Shaping the agenda for sustainable development”.

The program of the event consists of four thematic blocks.

The block “World Economy in Search of Balance” is devoted to current trends in the world economy, macroeconomic development, environmental security, international trade.

Within the framework of the second block, the implementation of national development goals will be discussed, results of the investment climate rating in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be summed up.

The third block, “Technologies Approaching the Future”, is devoted to the latest achievements in the field of science and technology.

Within the framework of the block “Man - First of All”, the Trianon dialogue will take place. The roles of education, culture and art in the modern economy will be considered.

Business dialogues of participants from Russia with representatives of Austria, India, Italy, China, USA, Finland, France, Switzerland and Africa will be held at the sites of the forum. Also Business G20 Regional Consultative Forum (B20), the Russian-Chinese Energy Business Forum, the International Youth Economic Forum, the SCO Conference, the SME Forum, the BRICS Conference are planned.
