Public consultations are being held on the draft order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts proposals from business representatives on the draft order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation “On Amendments to Classification of Types of Permitted Use of Land Plots, approved by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia of September 1, 2014 No. 540”. An appeal for public consultation was received from the Department for Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The draft order assumes the addition of a classifier of types of permitted use of land plots with new types, including: venues of cultural and leisure activities, religious management and education, representational activities, recreational activities, road service objects and other types.
