Functions of the sociological survey sector
The sector participates in the implementation of the following functions of public administration:
- management of the formation of state information resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, including:
- management of the formation of state information resources of the Republic of Tatarstan based on the results of socio-economic monitoring.
Sector objectives
The Sector , in accordance with the functions assigned to it , performs the following tasks:
- Consideration and submission of proposals on the initiation of sociological surveys.
- Coordination of conducting sociological surveys offline.
- Coordination of online opinion polls.
- Development of tools (questionnaire) for conducting sociological surveys.
- Development and adjustment of the sample design for municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
- Methodological support for conducting sociological surveys.
- Formation of a database of sociological surveys.
- Development and updating of a system of indicators characterizing the socio-economic situation of municipalities based on the results of sociological surveys.
- Consideration and preparation of responses to letters from state authorities and administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, legal entities on issues related to the competence of the sector.
- Implementation of other functions defined by decrees, orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the current legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan, other regulatory legal acts and Regulations on the Ministry that fall within the competence of the sector.
