On January 22, 2013 visit of delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan to Ulyanovsk for acquaintance with experience of work on improvement of enterprise climate and business conditions took place. The delegation met the First Deputy Prime Minister – the minister of strategic development and innovations of the Ulyanovsk region Alexander Smekalin, visit of JSC Ulyanovsk Center of the Transfer of Technologies (The Ulyanovsk nanocenter) took place.

On January 25, 2014 at 15.00 the City center of education invites representatives of socially focused non-profit organizations to participate in a seminar practical work "Socially focused non-profit organizations: from design activity to social services". At a seminar the following questions will be considered: - social services of non-profit organizations: characteristic, competitiveness, calculation of cost of service; - participation in procedures of government procurements: electronic auction, open competition, request of quotations; - new requirements to participants of purchases.

Within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" project work of expert group "Economic Development" under the leadership of the chairman of the board (SEO) / managing partner of "AV Group" Alexey Krylovsky is begun. During the period meetings in the ministries and republic departments of diagnostics of current state of economy of the region for development of branch strategy of development of the Republic of Tatarstan are planned from January 20 to January 23, 2014. On January 20 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with expert group in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of local office on implementation of the Tatarstan-2030 project Vladimir Gritskikh took part in meeting.

On January 17, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov with representatives of public organizations of the republic representing interests of enterprise community took place. The president of Association of the enterprises of small and medium business of the Republic of Tatarstan Haidar Haliullin, the vice-president of Association of the enterprises of small and medium business Rafik Shaykhutdinov, the vice-chairman of board of the Commerce and industry payment of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Nikolaev participated in a meeting.

On January 17, 2014 in the ministry passed the next meeting of the commission on consideration of the questions arising in the course of implementation of business projects, got financial support. During meeting addresses of 17 businessmen of the republic which have got the state support within the programs "Leasing Grant", "Social Business", "Innovations" in 2010-2012, and having problems in implementation of the business projects were considered.

To attention of the businessmen who are carrying out activity on preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals we Ask you to pay attention to correctness of filling of requisites of the payment order at transfer of the state tax on licensing (granting, license renewal, issue of the duplicate of the license). The analysis of receipt of payments of the state tax in Management of Federal Treasury across the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 showed existence of obscure payments as a result of mistakes of competitors of licenses, licensees when filling fields of the form of the payment order 104 (A code of the budgetary classification – KBQ), 105 (OKATO code).

According to the changes made by the Federal law of 23.07.2013 by No. 248-FZ to chapter 11 of the Tax code of the Russian Federation "Ways of ensuring fulfillment of duties on payment of taxes and fees", way of providing performance of obligations on return of the investment tax credit there can be a bank guarantee. The bank guarantee has to be provided by the bank included in the list of banks, meeting the established requirements for adoption of bank guarantees for the taxation. The list of such banks is kept by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the basis of the data received from the Central bank of the Russian Federation, and is published on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

On January 17, 2014 in Agency of strategic initiatives meeting of the working group on monitoring of a road map "Development of the competition and improvement of an antimonopoly policy" took place. Discussion of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation, developed by Agency of strategic initiatives according to "road map" became the main question of the agenda. In activity of the working group by preparation of offers in the Standard active part was taken by experts of Agency of strategic initiatives, the Moscow school of management "SKOLKOVO", and also representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Implementation of the republican target program "About Support of Socially Focused Non-profit Organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011 - 2013" came to the end. Results and the new areas of work on support of socially focused non-profit organizations are considered on December 2, 2013 at the II Republican forum of COHKO in which work the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part. The director of the department of innovative development of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin who noted also took part in plenary session that Tatarstan treats regions with the developed system of non-profit organizations and enters the five of leading regions on this indicator.

On January 13, 2014 representatives subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Center of business support visited the Youth innovative center "Energiya" on the basis of the Kazan state power university. Staff of the center got acquainted with young and talented developers of innovative ideas for discussion of possibility of further cooperation. Despite an examinations heat in "Energy" successful students of 1,3-5 courses worked. Keen interest of participants of a meeting was caused by presentation of an operating experimental control system of heating in "Energy" rooms with use of the equipment of the Siemens company.
