For increase in a share of purchases at subjects of SAB by the Government of the Russian Federation has approved the list of customers of regional level concerning which the assessment of compliance will be carried out by authorized bodies of executive power of subjects of the Russian Federation. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 4/19/2016 No. 717-r about the approval of the specified list is signed by the Russian Prime Minister D. A. Medvedev.

Formation of a rating of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation on support of socially oriented (SO) NPO, ensuring their access to providing social services and introduction of competitive ways of their rendering is provided by the government program of stage-by-stage access of SO NPO to the budgetary funds allocated for providing social services to the population for 2016-2020.

The center of prototyping of JSC Center of Digital Technologies (Kazan, Academician Pavlov St., 2a) was visited on April 21, 2016 by the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov. He was accompanied the Deputy Prime Minister of RT - the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, heads of the industrial enterprises of the republic.

The role of university and scientific organization in an innovative ecosystem of the country was discussed at plenary session "Universities and Scientific Organizations as Drivers of Innovative Development of the Country" within the II Forum "An ecosystem of innovations: universities and scientific centers – 2016".

The corresponding draft of the order about the main directions of development and deployment of system of an assessment of productivity and efficiency of control and supervising activity and the plan schedule of implementation of the pilot project on development and deployment of such system is prepared and introduced by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to the Government within execution of presidential instructions.
