Spatial Development Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025 has been approved by Decree No. 207-p of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2019, this is reported on the official website of the Government of Russia. This is a strategic planning document developed within the framework of goal-setting on a territorial basis.

A round table discussion on issues of farmers supporting was held in Laishevo. The event was attended by experts of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinate institutions.

Three Tatarstan projects won in the All-Russian competition of best practices and initiatives for the socio-economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation. State Information System “Social Register of the Population of the Republic of Tatarstan” became the winner in the category “Ensuring Accessibility of Services in the Social Sphere”. The “Open Kazan” project was the best in the nomination “Creating conditions aimed at increasing the information technology potential of the region”. Official tourist brand “Visit Tatarstan” won in the nomination “Development of the tourist potential of the region”.

After the plenary session, chaired by the Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the VEB.RF session on topic “Economy of urban comfort”, devoted to development of urban economy.

Today the Russian Investment Forum has started in Sochi, in which the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by President Rustam Minnikhanov, takes part. The delegation includes the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Farid Abdulganiev.

“An important indicator of economic development of Tatarstan and an indicator of business maturity is the number of applications for trademarks. So, last year their number increased by almost one third compared with 2017”, said Grigoriy Ivliyev, Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, today. 

A new resource on promoting Tatarstan businessmen’s products to commodity markets will appear in Tatarstan. This was reported today at the final meeting of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic. Products for more than 200 billion rubles are purchased annually outside of Tatarstan.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov supported the proposals of the Minister of Economy of the Republic Farid Abdulganiev to retrofit industrial parks and industrial sites. In particular, work will be done on development of road, engineering and municipal infrastructures (electricity, gas, water supply, water abstraction).

Efficiency of work of the heads of districts will now be evaluated using indicators on small and medium enterprises. This was announced today by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the joint final board of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic.

Diversification of the economy of single-industry towns is facilitated by the four territories of advanced development created in the republic. The planned value of number of attracted residents on the TASED “Naberezhnye Chelny”, established up to 2026, has been reached. For the entire period of functioning TASED “Naberezhnye Chelny” had 35 residents. 45 residents have already been attracted, which is 28.6% higher than the established value. Farid Abdulganiev called for the remaining TASEDs to be more actively involved in the work.
