Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina shared her expert opinion on the development of electronic interaction mechanisms between inspectors and entrepreneurs in the Republic of Tatarstan and the functioning of a database of useful knowledge and services in the field of control and supervisory activities (CSA).
"Previously, we recorded requests from entrepreneurs about the possibility to quickly clarify or track the online status of the audit in relation to their business, as well as to receive up-to-date information about the current requirements of legislation in the field of control and supervision," the Deputy Minister said.
Now the library of answers to the questions of the business community has appeared on "Proven Business" (provbiz.ru ) - a free digital platform of useful knowledge and services in the field of CSA. It contains 1,300 questions and answers about the interaction of business with control (supervisory) bodies and useful information about 1,335 typical violations and ways to prevent them with links to regulatory LSI.
For the 1st half of 2023, users of the resource turned to the database of useful knowledge 400 times, while the number of visitors to the site exceeded 10 thousand people. There is a monthly increase in the portal's audience by an average of 250 new unique users.
With the help of the service, a business can prepare for the upcoming inspection and pass an interactive checklist. So the entrepreneur will identify errors in advance and receive information about possible risks, recommendations for eliminating violations.
For example, the information will be useful to entrepreneurs who plan to place station points of sale in the summer season. The resource allows you to prepare objects for work in accordance with the legislation. Such checklists are in demand, they are passed by about 100 entrepreneurs per month.
Also on the website there are announcements of events that allow you to be aware of the news agenda of various institutions of the republic. Entrepreneurs can learn about planned and ongoing inspections and preventive measures of control bodies.
An electronic audit log has been introduced, thanks to which the entrepreneur has complete information about the control and supervisory measures carried out in relation to his business. The summary of the journal allows you to track the dynamics of the share of the administrative burden on the business of the republic as a whole and in relation to each individual entrepreneur.
"The functionality of the Internet resource "Proven Business" is aimed at improving the legal literacy of entrepreneurs, preventing violations of mandatory requirements, as well as developing contact between business and control authorities, which is now a priority for us," the Deputy Minister of Economy Guzel Nasibullina said.
Let us recall that currently the updated version of the resource has been launched in test mode, suggestions and comments are being collected from control (supervision) bodies and business communities.
