On July 22, the closing ceremony of the Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy took place in the technopark of Innopolis. It was attended by the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Rector of the Presidential Academy, Director General of the ANO "Russia – the Land of Opportunities" Alexey Komissarov, as well as 206 students of the Presidential Academy, universities of Tatarstan and new subjects of the Russian Federation, students from partner countries, including representatives of Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, China, Uzbekistan, Nigeria. One of the speakers of the campus was the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
As part of the ceremony, a panel discussion was held, moderated by journalist Maxim Sharafutdinov. The topic of the discussion is in tune with the main theme of the Summer Campus of 2023 – "The meanings and competencies of the future".
The Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, in his speech noted that today one of the most sought-after competencies for young people is diligence and hard work. "Of course, you should never be dissatisfied with what you have already achieved. But each of us must move on, improve, learn something new. I wish you to preserve and develop this aspiration," said the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The participants of the event were greeted by the Rector of the Presidential Academy, Director General of the ANO "Russia – the land of opportunities" Alexey Komissarov. Speaking about the modern demanded qualities of young specialists, he stressed that diligence, willingness to constantly study and solve non-standard tasks are an important component of success. The Rector expressed gratitude to the Government of the Republic for the support provided in holding the Summer Campus, and also noted: "For any breakthrough – in an educational institution, in a region or in a country – talented, capable, initiative people are needed. Events such as the Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy allow us to find these people, give them the opportunity to develop, learn how to work in a team and create unique projects."
Within two weeks, the participants of the Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy attended more than 30 lectures, seminars, master classes and trainings from government officials, major companies, leading experts and scientists. Maria Zakharova, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Kabuljon Sabirov, Director of the SCO People's Diplomacy Center in Uzbekistan, Midhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Valery Fedorov, Director General of WCIOM, Deputy Director General of ANO "Russia is a Country of Opportunities", Rector of the Management Workshop addressed the students "Senezh" Andrey Betin and many others.
During the Summer Campus, 12 student project teams worked hard on topics such as economics and education support, popularization of youth tourism, demography, economics and import substitution, personnel training, economic development of the IT sector.
According to the results of the competitive defense, the team of BU "ALGA" was recognized as the winner. The initiative development of students involves the creation of an application for transparent and effective communication between suppliers and business owners, through which it is possible to influence the reduction of bureaucratic burden.

The summer campus of the Presidential Academy is an annual educational project for young people. It is aimed at creating conditions for communication of talented young people and the formation of a new generation of the intellectual elite of the country. The theme of the 2023 festival is "The Meanings and Competencies of the Future".
