As part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship", the My Business Center will hold a webinar on effective sales management on June 13 at 10:00.

Entrepreneurs will be given knowledge about:

— how to choose the company's sales models and determine sales channels

— about marketing strategy as a sales tool

— how to form a sales department and define work standards

— how to develop an effective system of motivation for salespeople and teach them to sell to the maximum

Also, the participants of the webinar will be able to ask any question of interest to the expert in real time.

The national project was initiated by the President of Russia and has been implemented since 2019.
