The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan declares carrying out Competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies according to the LIZING-GRANT program. Order taking for participation in Competitive selections is carried out by the Center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan since March 13, 2014, Monday through Thursday from 9.00 till 18.00, on Friday from 9.00 till 16.45 Moscow time, to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, the 125th office, and also in representations of the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan. Selection and terms of the announcement of results of Competitive selection are made according to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 19.06.2013 No. 416.

On March 6, 2014 the meeting under the chairmanship of the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov on preparation of meeting of presidium of Economic council on the question "Increase of Competitiveness of the Russian Industry" took place . The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in meeting. Meeting of presidium of Economic council at the Russian President is planned for March 12, 2014. The main report on instruments of increase of competitiveness of the Russian industry will be made by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. Also speech of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is planned.

This week the meeting of representatives subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of JSC Sberbank concerning implementation of the Four Expenses project in subjects of the Russian Federation took place. As the guarantor the legal or natural person has the right to act. On one duty on payment of a tax simultaneous participation of several guarantors is allowed.

On March 4, 2014 the bill providing transition from division of lands on categories to territorial zoning is introduced in the State Duma, developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The bill "About Modification of the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Separate Acts of the Russian Federation regarding Transition from Division of Lands into Categories to Territorial Zoning" is developed in pursuance of the list of orders of the President of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2014, and also point 5 of "road map" "Improvement of legal regulation of town-planning activity and improvement of enterprise climate in the construction sphere".

On March 6, 2014 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan the first meeting of the working group on development of the project of a state program of realization of anti-corruption policy for 2015-2020 took place. The structure of the working group is approved by the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 19.02.2014 No. 315-r. The working group is headed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Glukhova. The working group included representatives of the ministries and departments of the republic, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Civic chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, etc. The Ministry of Economy was represented by the head of department concerning administrative reform Albina Gergert.

On March 6, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the next meeting of the Commission on consideration of the questions arising in the course of implementation of business projects, got financial support took place. During meeting addresses of 14 businessmen of the republic which have got the state support within the programs "Leasing Grant", "Social Business" in 2011-2013 were considered. By results of consideration of addresses the commission makes decisions on the questions, the taken-out businessmen on consideration. On March 5, 2014 the meeting of the head of department of investment activity of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of Damask steel Haziakhmetov with the managing partner of the KPMG company in the Republic of Tatarstan Victor Akulyan took place. During a meeting questions of attraction by the KPMG company of potential investors on infrastructure platforms of the Republic of Tatarstan, including Industrial park "Chistopol" were discussed. Following the results of a meeting agreements on carrying out further collaboration in the specified direction were reached.

From March 17 to March 20, 2014 in Moscow with support of the Government of Moscow the World congress of businessmen – one of the most significant actions in the field of the business which organizer is Evinga Mariona Kauffman's (USA) Fund will take place. It is the global initiative uniting businessmen, investors, scientists and legislators for discussion of measures on support and business development. Traditionally the Congress brings together about 2500 participants from more than 130 countries of the world. In 2014 Russia will for the first time accept the World congress of businessmen.
