The regional leasing company of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the business in the amount of 3 billion rubles

The total valuation of transactions of the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan since the start of work in 2017 exceeded 3 billion rubles. At the same time, the share of business entities registered in the territory of Tatarstan accounts for 59% of the total number of leasing contracts concluded, or 1.7 billion rubles.

This year, the regional leasing company supported Tatarstan projects totaling 43 million rubles. The funding was provided within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

In addition to Tatarstan entrepreneurs, RLC supports projects from other regions of the country – this year 23 projects were financed in the amount of 432.0 million rubles.

RLC provides leasing financing at preferential rates, which is significantly lower than the rates of commercial leasing companies. Thus, the rate on imported equipment is 8% per annum, domestic production – 6% per annum, with average market rates over 10 %. At the same time, the advance payment is from 15% of the cost of the equipment, the lease agreement can be concluded for up to 60 months.

Preferential leasing programs are designed in such a way that business entities can choose the most suitable conditions for themselves, depending on the type of activity, the size of their own participation in the leasing transaction, geographical location and other individual factors.

The leasing company independently purchases the necessary new equipment from the supplier and transfers it to the lessee for temporary use and possession, until the final payments under the lease agreement.

The peculiarity of this support measure is that the lessee can apply for the service without making an initial payment, provided that a guarantee from a regional guarantee organization is involved.

In addition, preferential leasing provides loyal conditions for payments, individual frequency of payments is established, based on the seasonality of the business.
