The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan met with representatives of business and enterprises of the Atninsky district
Atninsky district was visited by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov on a working visit. The Minister got acquainted with the activities of the industrial enterprises of the district and met with the heads of organizations and the business community of the municipality. The Head of the Atninsky district accompanied the Minister of Economy.
The visit began with a visit to the farm of mixed agriculture of "Tukaevsky", OOO. The farm breeds cattle, horses, produces dairy products, and grows perennial crops. The farm produces up to 140 tons of mono-meal every day. 163 jobs were created at the agricultural enterprise. The main source of income of the enterprise is the sale of livestock products up to 40 tons (milk and meat) daily.
AfterMidhat Shagiakhmetov examined the slaughterhouse of the consumer cooperative "Arysh". Last year, "Arysh", OOO began the construction of special workshops for slaughtering livestock and processing meat. The volume of investment in the project amounted to 120 million rubles. The workshops with a total area of 1.284 sq. m. were put into operation in November 2020. The cooperative is the only slaughterhouse in the Atninsky district. The volume of loading per month is 650 heads. Meat is sold to meat processing plants in Kazan, Mamadysh and Moscow. About 30 people are employed in the production. For five months of the current year, revenue amounted to 120 million rubles.
The company plans to organize sausage production, purchase specialized equipment. The company was given advice on the support mechanisms operating in the republic – preferential microfinance for various business purposes, including the expansion of production and the purchase of necessary equipment.
Midhat Shagiakhmetov also visited the enterprise for the production of bread and confectionery products "Miras+" OOO, where more than 50 people work. In 2020, the company began construction of a confectionery shop. The investment volume amounted to 52 million rubles. The confectionery shop with an area of 1440 sq. m., was put into operation in March of this year. The company plans to further expand production.
Another point of visit was the largest farm in the Atninsky district, "Tan", OOO. The company employs over 200 people. The main activity of the cooperative is the production and sale of agricultural products. "Tan" is also engaged in breeding young cattle.
After the inspection of industrial and agricultural enterprises, the Minister of Economy met with the heads of organizations and the business community of the municipality. At the meeting, the programs of support for business entities were considered in detail. Midhat Shagiakhmetovnoted that all the programs adopted by the republic's leadership were created taking into account the requests and real needs of Tatarstan's business and are aimed at developing entrepreneurship and the economy, preserving and creating new jobs.
The key issue of the meeting was support measures for farmers of Tatarstan in view of the abnormal heat and the drought caused by it. The Minister noted that already now the agrarians of the republic can apply to the Entrepreneurship Support Fund for a microloan of up to 5 million rubles at a preferential rate provided within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", as well as to the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan for a guarantee for SMEs. They also listened to proposals and opinions from business representatives of the Atninsky district on new support measures for agricultural enterprises.
