A Company from Tatarstan received almost half a billion rubles for agro-startap with the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan

The company from the Aksubaevsky municipal district received 485 million rubles of borrowed funds for the implementation of the agro-startap. Concessional financing at a rate of 1.8% was attracted with the assistance of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, which acted as a guarantor within the framework of the "Small and Medium-sized Businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" national project. 

This year, the support activities of "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" national project are divided into three main areas: support for the self-employed, support for start-up entrepreneurs (pre-acceleration) and development of existing entrepreneurs (acceleration).

According to the pre-acceleration program, aimed at an easy start and comfortable business, regional guarantee organizations have the right to provide their guarantee to start-up entrepreneurs who have been operating for less than 1 year, which was used by the Tatarstan company.

The company from Aksubayevo is young; its main activity is the agricultural crops sowing. The borrowed funding will be used for spring field work.

An important role in attracting financial support was played by the participants of the National Guarantee System: the SME Corporation and the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan. They supported the borrower with 338 million rubles – the share of support was 70% of the loan amount.

It is worth noting that the pre-acceleration program involves, instead of one-time support measures, the creation of comprehensive services and conditions for an easy start and further business development, as well as expanding the access of SME to the support infrastructure.
