The Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan became one of the TOP microfinance companies in the SME segment

9 March 2021, Tuesday

The National Rating Agency together with the National Association of Microfinance Market Participants (NAMMP) in 2020 launched a rating project to evaluate microfinance and microcredit companies. According to the results of the 4th quarter of 2020, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund (ESF RT), subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, took the second place among microfinance organizations for business, second only to the Krasnodar Territory.

The rating is based on a survey of microfinance and microcredit companies based on the results of their activities. The ranking is based on the key market niches that the segment companies occupy. So over the past year, the Fund supported Tatarstan entrepreneurs with micro-loans in the amount of more than 1.2 billion rubles, expanding access to concessional financing to as many entrepreneurs from various fields and industries as possible, including those who were not included in the list of those who took the hit from crisis.

The rating data provides an operational opportunity to see the preliminary results of the MFO segment in dynamics, with a high degree of compliance with official statistics (which are traditionally disclosed later). The assessment reflects the current trends inherent in the activities of microfinance companies.

Applications for attracting microfinance for business can be submitted directly to the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, as well as through the "MFC for Business" or regional representatives of the Fund, who are present in almost all municipalities of the republic. Contact information for regional representatives can be found on the website https://fpprt.ru/ in the My Business Center section. In addition, the republic has implemented a tool for quick access to measures of support of small and medium-sized businesses of Tatarstan online in the "single window" format – the FASTTRACK.RF portal, where you can also leave a request for a microloan.

One can get advice on microloans and other business support measures in force in the republic by calling the Fund: 8 (843) 524-90-90.
