Construction work in the industrial park on the territory of Technopolis “Khimgrad” is completed for 89%
The construction of five production facilities in the industrial park on the territory of Technopolis “Khimgrad” is underway. The work is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”.
Construction of industrial premises with a total area of 16.3 thousand square meters is at the final stage. At present, the thermal circuit of these objects is closed and external communications are connected, internal finishing works are being carried out. The technical readiness of the facilities is 89%.
It is planned that the facilities will be commissioned in the 1st quarter of 2021.
Construction of five production facilities is the second stage of the project to create an industrial park on the territory of Technopolis “Khimgrad”. Earlier, four premises with a total area of 15.4 thousand square meters were put into operation.
The implementation of this two-year project will allow placing an additional 47 residents and creating about 450 jobs.
