Official opening ceremony took place in October 2009.
Activity description:
We provide most favorable conditions, including means, technologies and methodologies based on the worldwide standards, for start-up and fast-growing IT-companies designing, producing and introducing new hi-tech products into the market. Software development, including e-government and public e-service solutions, is the key specialization of the IT-Park residents.
Total surface area of the IT-Park complex: over 30,000 m2.
Open-plan office facilities: over 9,000 m2.

• service providing residents – 7;
• IT residents – 25;
• business incubator residents – 26.

– business incubator;
– conference hall – 250 seats;
– press room – 80 seats;
– 6 meeting rooms of 25-40 m2;
– banking facility;
– Russian Post office;
– coffee house, cafeteria, canteen;
– printing center;
– business hotel of 65 rooms (in the side buildings of the complex);
– telephone service center;
– surface and underground parking lots;
– data center with high fault tolerance located on the 5th floor comprising:
• the section of public information systems and resources – 250 m2;
• the section of the IT-Park resident servers - 750 m2;
• guaranteed 2.5 MW electrical power supplied by two independent sources;
• over 10 backbone and local Internet connections of 1-10 Gb/s;
• diesel-engine generators.

– computer hardware and network equipment;
– telecommunication services (Internet, telephone);
– meeting rooms for seminars and training programs;

• Information support:
– assistance with business registration, business-plan and strategic profile making and analysis;
– provision of information on trainings and seminars;
– provision of ICT-related reference information;
– counseling services for business development (including accounting, legal and auditing services).
• Marketing promotion:
– assistance with marketing strategy planning;
– counseling on presentation making;
– support of a company's corporate identity design;
– facilitation of a company's participation in various exhibitions, contests, grants, training programs;
– facilitation of cooperation with interested companies and promotion of the developed IT products and services.
