The education module of the University of Talents for 400 talented children and 100 supervisors of Tatarstan was finalized in Kazan

From 18 to 23 of August, the annual Summer Youth School "Discovery of Talents" was held in Kazan, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan. The organizer - Autonomous Non Commercial Organization "Kazan Open University of Talents 2.0". Some 400 young people and 100 supervisors from the whole Tatarstan, as well as republican and federal experts in talent management, parents and organizers, became participants of the Summer School.

On the platform of the Summer School the participants - winners and prizes of Olympiads and competitions met each other and applied the conditions of their own self realization: better knowledge of life, positive practice of self application, unleashing of potential and reflective attitude towards themselves and the world. In addition, the participants with achievements in various spheres have undergone a program of accelerated skills development and "breakthrough competencies" (soft skills) needed to build a successful career and have made individual plans for their further development.

The leading republican and federal experts and partners of the University of Talents attended the Summer School during six days, and namely: Nikolay Yutanov - futurologist, Head of Research Group "Building the Future", Fairuza Mustafina - rector of NGPU, Lyudmila Tobultok - Teacher of the course "Career consulting" NIU VSHE, Irina Kuzmina - Chief Specialist for intellectual modeling and control systems of the Autonomous Non Commercial Organization "Institute of Advanced reseraches named after E.L. Shiffers", Moscow Polytech, Julia Selyukova – federal partner of the University of Talents, expert on project activities ( Moscow), Alexandra Bobretzova - Director of "The Vorobyevy Gory Independent", Anton Grachev -Director of the Technopark in the field of hi technologies "IT park", Oksana Anistratenko - Head of the Department for cooperation with the Universities of Engineering School "Elevator to the Future," Yekaterina Egoshina - Director of German-Russian Institute of New Technologies (GRINT), Alia Samatova - Vice-rector - Head of Development Department of the University "Innopolis", and many others. They addressed the participants with lectures and master classes, shared personal stories of success, and advised the children on project development.

During the expertise, the participants were able to carry out a "crash test" of the project's deas and to obtain an assessment from the participants in the strategic session, "The Republican ecosystem of development and support of the talented young people" - leading experts in the field of economy, engineering, education and talent management from all over Russia. The children presented their ideas and projects to potential partners and representatives of enterprises.

The process of preparing the participants ' drafts for the final evaluation was in the format of the "Tatarstan 2030" game, which was developed by a group of experts headed by Boris Fetisov -  a designer of games and game programs, by the Head of the Autonomous Non Commercial Organization "Kazan Game Practicing Center". During the game, the participants were combined into teams and according to the script, performed various tasks for which they were given points.

The supervisors, who accompany and help young people, have played an important role in the development of the talents in the Summer School. The Summer School provided them with the best Russian and international practices in working with talented young people. Those supervisors, who have already completed the "Management of Talent Producing" course, have applied the acquired knowledge in 10 competencies in practice. The supervisors also included parents and specialists, working with them. Within the framework of the Parent Education Laboratory, the training was provided in competency "Parent - as a supervisor". Participants gained knowledge of modern education techniques and developed approaches to the development of children as independent and responsible individuals with future competencies. They also took part in training courses that helped to better understand the child.

On August 22, within scope of the business program between the Kazan open university of talents 2.0 and Technopark in the field of high technologies IT Park a bilateral agreement was signed. The agreement is directed at creation of conditions for development of talented children and youth in informational technologies, perspective projects of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On the final day of the Summer School, the participants met with the deputy Minister of the Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Pelevin, and were able to ask him any question (TOP 3 questions).

According to the results of the Summer School "Opening talents", 100 participants with best projects will continue their education at the University of Talents as students by individual development plans. In addition, under the state program "Strategic management of talents in the RT for 2015-2020", these projects will be supported for their further implementation.

Project leaders were awarded by the partners of the University of Talents. So, for example 9 participants received the right  to undergo the internship and 30 participants to go on excursion to the PJSC "Kazan Helicopter Plant", 3 participants received the right to participate in the autumn shift (October 2017) engineering - design school "Elevator to the future", which will be held on the basis of the all Russia children's center "Orlenok",  40 participants within scope of the excursion will visit the IT park, 4 - received the mentor support from  the experts, and 96 participants will visit the children's techno park "Quantorium" (Nizhnekamsk).

The supervisors in the framework of the all Russia Olympiade of supervisors also received diplomas, signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the RT–Minister of Education and Science of the RT, Engel Fattakhov – as well as certificates and presents.
