The republican eco-system for the development and support of talented youth will be discussed in Kazan

From 18 to 23 of August, the annual Summer Youth School "Discovery of Talents" is held in Kazan, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.

They youth talent school - is the starting module of the yearly educational program of the University of Talents. On the platform of the Summer Youth School young talented people with achievement in different spheres study the program of accelerated development of skills and "breakthrough" competencies (soft skills), required for building a successful career, as well as compile the individual plan of own development.

In order to create a Republican ecosystem accompanied by gifted and talented children and young people in the Republic, the participation of representatives of all spheres of society, the economy and public administration is necessary. The young citizen of Tatarstan receives education, then have practice in the company, and earns the first money during his self-realization. The University of Talents is creating a platform for negotiations between all interested participants, where they agree on joint actions.

On August 22, a strategic session will take place within the scope of the Summer School of the Volga State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism (Kazan, the Village of Universiade, 35): "The Republican ecosystem for the development and support of talented young people". The representatives of the Ministries of the Republic of Tatarstan, bodies of local self-administration, enterprises and organizations, educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the leading Republican and federal experts in the field of human capital development will:

• carry out the expertise of the project decisions of the participants in the Youth School,
• determine their role in the republican system of work with gifted and talented children and young people,
• consider draft decisions to establish a distributed support center for talented youth.

The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Oleg Pelevin will be the honorary guest of the event.

Among the participants of the strategic session are : Anton Grachev - Director of GAU "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT park", Julia Selyukova - federal partner of the Unversity of Talents, Lyudmila Nugumanova - rector of the University of Management "TISBI", Oksana Anistratenko - Head of department for working with higher educational institutions NP "Elevator to the future", Alexandra Bobretzova  - Head of project INRU, organizor of a series of conferences TEDx, Oksana Lampsi  - Head of the center of evaluation of qualifications of the Innovative technopark "Idea", Julia Fokina - Director of the children's technopark "Quantorium" of Naberezhnye Chelny, Ramil Garifzyanov - Deputy Head of the Executive Committee on social issues of the Arsk municipal region of the RT, Ravilya Garayeva - Acting Head of the department of development of innovative activities of the Investment Venture Fund  and others.

Within the scope of the strategic session, it is scheduled to sign a partnership agreement between the Autonomous Non Commercial Organization "Kazan Open University of Talents 2.0" and the GAU «The technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park"", focused at joint integration of talented children and young people into effective work in the Republic of Tatarstan.
