The entrepreneurs successfully defended their business projects in the Federal University of Kazan (FUK)

The traditional educational cycle of the "Social entrepreneurship" program, which is being carried out in conjunction with the Centre for Social Innovation of the Republic of Tatarstan, has been finalized in the Federal (Volga) University of Kazan. 

The graduates presented and successfully defended their socially oriented business projects before the expert commission, which included also representatives of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Fund "Our Future".

We remind that the Social Entrepreneurship Education Program was based on the Social Business Accelerator of Kazan (Volga) Federal University. The selection for the accelerator was carried out on a competitive basis, and the training for trainees was provided at the expense of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the training course, the trainees gained knowledge and practical skills in the preparation of business projects, attraction of investment funds, marketing and taxation aspects of social entrepreneurship, and presentation of their projects. The specificity of the course is that the graduate is not preparing an abstract business plan, but - the application to obtain funding from possible sources: subsidy from the Employment Centre, micro-loan of the Business Support Fund of the RT, interest-free loans of the Fund "Our future" etc.

Many participants, in their turn, expressed their gratitude to the teachers and organizers of the program. The next education cycle will take place this autumn.
