Amendments to the Law on supplies appointment procedures regulation for state procurements in electronic form were moved to the State Duma

Amendments to Draft Federal Law# 623906-6 “On amendments to Federal Law “On contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs provision” prepared by Economy Development Ministry of Russia were moved to the RF State Duma.

The document is intended for amendment of 44-FL in the part of supplies appointment procedures regulation (contractors, performers) in electronic form, thus resulting in increase of transparency and openness of competitive procedures and competitive bidding.

It is proposed to fix conception “universal electronic platform” and introduce definition of its operator.  The Draft Federal Law was adopted at the first reading on February 17, 2015.
