Action Plan to systematize non-tax payments and to create a single list of non-tax payments, the adoption in law of uniform Rules for the establishment, calculation and collection of such payments, as well as the efficiency of their administration, was approved on August 9, 2017 by the first Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Igor Shuvalov.

Within the framework of the implementation of the standard of developing competition  in the subjects of the Russian Federation, approved by the Direction of the Government of the Russian Federation of 05.09.2015 No. 1738-P (hereinafter - the Standard), the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter-the Ministry), is performing the work on collecting the information on problematic issues in the markets for goods, works and services.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video-conference meeting on August 17, arranged by JSC "Federal Corporation for development of small and medium sized entrepreneurship", on the issue of organizing an assessment of the conformity to the draft procurement plans with the regulated customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, which are added to the list of specific customers, approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 717-R dd. 19.04.2016 .

The draft Federal Law No. 236034-7 “On amending the Federal Law “On the contractual system in the area of procurement of goods, works, services for meeting state and municipal needs”” was introduced by the State Duma deputies on July 27, 2017 for consideration by the Committee on economic policy, industry, innovation and enterprise development.
