Ozon launches a partner program for logistics development in the Republic of Tatarstan together with small and medium-sized businesses

The Internet platform launches a large-scale program for the development of the last mile – it includes a list of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan will be able to cooperate with Ozon in several directions: to open agency points of delivery, to establish pedestals, to render courier services in delivery of orders. Ozon has also envisaged a range of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses - from financing start-up costs through Ozon's p2b platform.Invest and a special staff training program before providing free branded materials-signs, posters and other POSM - and purchasing the necessary furniture for the partner at special prices. Another opportunity for additional earnings – referral program Ozon: in their points of issue, entrepreneurs can issue promotional codes to customers, for the use of which they will receive points (they can also be converted into rubles).  

Entrepreneurs in the Republic of Tatarstan, who want to start cooperation with the opening of the point of issuing orders, three partner packages are available-depending on the selected options, they will be able to earn 50, 70 or 90 rubles for the issued order, which is almost 2 times more than the previous rate. The conditions of remuneration depend on the location of the premises, its area (including storage area), equipment of the issuing point with fitting rooms, mode of operation and use of the Ozon branding. 

To support and stimulate small and medium-sized businesses, Ozon will pay a double rate of remuneration for each order issued in the first three months. Thus, with a volume of 1000 orders and a rate of 90 rubles per order, the partner will be able to receive more than 100 000 rubles per month. The Internet platform also guarantees "protection from competition" – within a radius of several hundred meters (depending on the locality), there will be no other points of issue of Ozon. Ozon also provided the option of providing logistics services in the geographical area of the Agency point of issue-entrepreneurs will be able to earn 160 rubles for the delivery of orders to postamate or 130 rubles for the delivery of a client order. The Internet platform will not limit partners in issuing orders to other companies to give them more opportunities to earn and scale their own network. 

In addition, partners can rent out their space for postamates or install them themselves.

For example, in Kazan there are 44 points of delivery of orders and 239 postamate Ozon-9 out of 10 Kazan customers choose these delivery channels. In total, this year the customers of the Internet platform from the capital of the Republic made more than 460 thousand orders, which is 2.5 times more than the same period last year – such growth rates require rapid scaling of delivery channels. "This year, Ozon has become a driver of growth of small and medium-sized businesses in the regions-entrepreneurs actively present their products on the marketplace, but our interaction does not end there – the new program for the development of the last mile gives the opportunity to earn extra money in the fast-growing e-commerce market, even for those businesses who are not connected with the production and sale of goods. Due to the opening of delivery points, installation of postamates and provision of courier services in cooperation with local entrepreneurs, we will be able to quickly scale delivery channels in the region, and thus make online shopping for residents of the Republic of Tatarstan even more convenient and affordable,” says Andrey Pavlovich, supply chain Director at Ozon. 

In order to cooperate with Ozon in different directions, businessmen from the Republic of Tatarstan need to have an IE or LLC. Entrepreneurs who want to open a point of issue should also be able to collect cash, Internet access, cash register, computer or laptop. To install the postamat, you need less – only 1 square meter of commercial space, a socket and open access to the object for buyers. These same partners can provide courier services if they have additional resources-couriers in the state or, for example, a car to deliver parcels to customers.
