The minister of economy of Tatarstan meets with workers of culture sphere from Elabuga district

Today, Tatarstan economy Minister Farid Abdulganiev met with employees of the Elabuga state museum reserve and cultural workers of the municipal district.

Questions of support of socially significant projects of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed in this meeting. In particular, Farid Abdulganiev gave a speech about the competition of the Ministry of economy for non-profit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan implementing socially important projects.

This year, a record number of applications from 42 municipal districts were submitted for the competition from July 15 to August 23. The winners will receive subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. The total amount of funding for all projects will be 35 million rubles.

The Minister noted that the Yelabuga municipal district was filed only 2 bids in the categories: "Development of public cultural space of municipalities, improving the quality of leisure and accessibility of cultural goods, the development of tourism and hospitality" and "Development of mass sports, including inclusive forms of cultural, recreational and sports activities, and the promotion of healthy lifestyle."

Farid Abdulganiev called for more active participation in the competition next year, and wished the applicants victory and successful implementation of projects.

The winners will be announced in October.
