120 exporters prepare to enter

27 August 2019, Tuesday

120 export-oriented companies of Tatarstan will have the opportunity of free training and expert support when entering foreign markets.

On August 26, 2019, the educational program "Export accelerator" was launched, implemented by the entrepreneurship support Fund with the support of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The international audit consulting company KPMG is involved in the implementation of the program. Participants of the program will learn theoretical and practical skills necessary for export.

120 small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan were selected to participate in the training and realization of their export potential.

Training includes theoretical and practical courses in 12 directions. At its end, each participant will be able to develop an export plan, reflecting the list of further steps to implement their own export project.

40 participating companies will be selected for further participation in expert support at the conclusion of the export contract. In addition, the top 10 participants will have the opportunity to participate in an additional mentoring program.

As noted by the Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev, export for small and medium-sized businesses requires serious labor costs, so it is important to support companies that have decided to develop new markets, including through the examination and analysis of these markets. Such expert support can have a decisive impact on the growth of non-resource exports in the Republic of Tatarstan.

We remind you, that according to the Ministry of economic development, presented earlier at the meeting of the Presidium of the presidential Council of the Russian Federation for strategic development and national projects, the Republic of Tatarstan was included into number of leaders among the regions of VFR export development of small and medium enterprises.
