In Nizhnekamsk region, work continues to optimize the provision of services

The Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of the project "Open Tatarstan", which discussed a pilot project to optimize municipal services in the Nizhnekamsk municipal district.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev, the participants were first Deputy head of executive committee of Nizhnekamsk region for investment, development of SMEs and PSEDA Radmir Belyaev, Deputy Director of the company "Lin Vector" - an expert organization, involved in the analysis, Natalya Chupina, Deputy Director SBI "MFC in the Republic of Tatarstan" Svetlana Porfiryeva, as well as representatives of a number of federal and regional authorities involved in the provision of municipal services.

The project on optimization of services in Nizhnekamsk municipal district was first presented in July at the XII enlarged meeting of the Council on entrepreneurship under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Head of Nizhnekamsk municipal district Aidar Metshin.

The initiative was supported by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The project is aimed at optimizing the process of providing municipal services using the principles of "concsious production". The analysis of the municipal service delivery process is carried out step by step in terms of the optimal number of participants in the process, the presence of duplicate or redundant operations, as well as the search for ways to improve internal processes and reduce the service delivery time in General.

The participants of the interdepartmental working group discussed the progress of the project in Nizhnekamsk, issues arising to regional and federal authorities, as well as made proposals aimed at improving all stages of providing services to applicants. 

As a result of the project, it is planned to replicate the practices of Nizhnekamsk municipal district in other municipalities.
