Tatarstan Multifunctional Centers received high evaluation at the federal level

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation presented a rating of regions of Russia on organization of the provision of public services on the principle of “one window” for the first quarter of 2019.

According to its results, the Republic of Tatarstan entered the group of regions with a high level of efficiency in organizing the activities of the MFC network.

The regions were assessed according to several indicators, including the proportion of citizens who have access to state and municipal services on a “one window” principle, the level of applicants' satisfaction with the quality of state services provided in the MFC, the number of services provided by the MFC from the mandatory list, compliance with the rules for organizing activities of MFC and a single corporate identity. In addition, the ranking took into account the use by regions of the information-analytical system for monitoring the quality of public services to assess the quality of service provided at the MFC.

The network of multifunctional centers in Tatarstan today includes 55 My Documents offices and 281 remote reception windows in rural settlements. Each MFC provides over 150 types of services.
