Minimum amount of leasing financing is reduced

The minimum amount of leasing financing for Tatarstan entrepreneurs has been reduced to 2.5 million rubles. Previously, it was equal to 5 million rubles. A new product, “Microleasing”, has appeared in the Regional Leasing Company.

The product is unsecured financing, and the collateral is the leased asset itself. The leasing company independently purchases equipment from the supplier and transfers it for temporary use and possession to the entrepreneur. In this case, the lessee is not limited in choice of equipment and its supplier.

Preferential interest rates for entrepreneurs of Tatarstan are equal to 6% - for Russian equipment, 8% - for foreign equipment. The term of use of the new product will last from 13 to 60 months, the minimum advance payment is from 15%. The lessee has the right to choose a payment schedule based on the seasonality of the business, and the first payment is paid only 30 days after signing the acceptance certificate.
