Issues how and where to get a preferential credit for business were explained today in the House of Entrepreneur

Businessmen of the republic got acquainted with the measures of financial support in Tatarstan today. A seminar on obtaining a preferential credit was held at the House of Entrepreneur.

The First Deputy Minister of Economy of Tatarstan, Director of the Department for Development of Entrepreneurship and Competition, Rustem Sibgatullin, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He noted that finance plays an important role in business activities. “Our task is to provide support to business representatives and offer them preferential financial instruments”, he said.

During the seminar, participants were able to familiarize themselves with the programs of Joint-Stock Company “SME Corporation”, JSC “SME Bank”, the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan and the Regional Leasing Company.

Representatives of the JSC “SME Corporation” reported that the federal organization cooperated with 62 banks, 84 regional guaranteeing organizations and 4 leasing companies and 12 Russian and international development institutions. The volume of financial support with a guarantee amounted to 232 billion rubles. Measures of assistance allowed Russian organizations to create more than 21 thousand jobs.

The Head of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, Timur Temirgaliyev, said that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic had developed and was implementing the Unified Credit Center Project. The center was created on the basis of the Guarantee Fund. It implies a comprehensive system of support for small and medium-sized companies at all stages of formation of an application for borrowing until the receipt of funds. “Entrepreneurs are provided with advice on choosing a loan product, structuring a loan application, assistance in collecting documents, - told Timur Temirgaliyev. - The wide partner network of the Fund (42 credit organizations, 4 leasing companies, a microfinance organization, the Industry Development Fund, the Mono-towns Development Fund) allows organizing the process of interaction with credit organizations in terms of creating and maintaining business applications for financing as soon as possible”.

The General Director of the Regional Leasing Company, Rustem Safiullin, said that Tatarstan businessmen can purchase on leasing a new, previously unused and not commissioned equipment. This is a technique for the industry, processing and storage of agricultural products. The interest rate is 6% per annum - for Russian equipment, 8% per annum - for foreign.

During the event, participants also considered applications for a preferential credit.
