Kazan will host All-Russian Forum of Industrial Parks

On November 21-22, the Forum of Industrial Parks will be held in Kazan on the territory of IT Park. It will bring together participants from 28 cities from 14 regions of Russia.

The main issues for discussion will be mechanisms for development of industrial parks, formation on their territory of the environment for development of small and medium businesses; the most popular real estate formats; quick entry of resident investors, quick start and effective resident growth; new projects and market trends.

Plenary session of the Forum will be opened by Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Maksim Pazdnikov, Co-chairman of the Board of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia, and Ruslan Khalilov, Managing Partner of the Direct Investment Fund.

Among the invited guests are Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - Vadim Zhivulin, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - Sergey Gorkov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation - Aleksei Besprozvannykh, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation - Maksim Parshin Viktorovich, Deputy Director of the Department of Regional Industrial Policy and Project Management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation - Denis Tsukanov, General Director of the Fund for Assistance to Development of Small Enterprises in Scientific and Technical Sphere - Sergei Polyakov, Director of the Industry Development Fund - Roman Petrutsa, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan Ahmet Sadyk Dogan, Consul General of Hungary in Kazan Adam Shtifter, First Secretary of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Kazan - Li Say, Deputy Director of the Analytical Center "Expert" - Sergey Ermak and many others.

The plenary session will be held by the Co-chairman of the Board of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia - Maksim Pazdnikov; the Coordinator of Council for Entrepreneurship under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Ayrat Sungatullin will be the moderator of the business breakfast “Basis for Growth”. Sergey Mayorov, Chairman of the Board of the Machine-Building Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan, will moderate the session “Investment potential of industrial parks and new environment for development”, Timur Akhmerov, General Director of BARS Group will act as moderator of the Digital Environment and New Growth Business breakfast.

Both owners of industrial real estate and representatives of manufacturing companies are invited to participate in these discussions. Each manufacturer will be able to choose the most suitable sites for themselves, and the managers of management companies will exchange interesting experience for development of territories and discuss the most topical issues related to the state support system, infrastructure development, and investment potential. Guests of the forum will also be able to visit the Industrial Park “M7”, where they will be able to familiarize themselves with the work of a successful private park, whose experience is already used when setting up industrial sites in other regions of Russia (Novosibirsk region, Tyumen region, Komi Republic).

Within the framework of the forum, a number of agreements are scheduled to be signed between representatives of the Machine-Building Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of industrial park management companies.

- Ruslan Rafikovich Khalilov, Managing Partner of the Direct Investment Fund;
