IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters"

From October 31 to November 2, 2018, Kazan will host the IV International Conference “Partnership for Development of Clusters” (hereinafter referred to as the Conference). The event is organized by the Association "INNOKAM" with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, "RVC" AO, National Research University "Higher School of Economics".

The conference is held for the fourth time, this year the event is held under the auspices of a global network of specialists on clusters, innovations and competitiveness of the TCI Network *.

Representatives of federal and regional executive authorities, heads of Russian regions where innovation and cluster policies are successfully implemented, representatives of federal and regional development institutions, heads of cluster organizations, enterprises, innovation infrastructure facilities, leading universities, Russian and foreign experts are invited to participate in the conference.

Within the framework of the Conference, it is planned to discuss the most topical issues related to implementation of national projects, increasing the competitiveness of regions, and implementation of cluster policy in the country.

The conference program covers various aspects of international cooperation, including successful cluster practices in the EAEU, APEC and the EU. Experts from the Eurasian Economic Commission, the TCI Network, and the economies of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation are expected to take part in the discussions.

Also within the framework of the Conference, tours (study tours) to the facilities of innovation infrastructure of the republic will be organized.
