Tatarstan entered the group of regions with a high degree of efficiency of MFC

Tatarstan occupies a leading position in organizing the activities of the MFC (Multifunctional Center). Results of evaluation of activities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in this area in the first half of 2018 were voiced in the town of Kaspiisk of the Republic of Dagestan, where the All-Russian Forum of Centers of State and Municipal Services was held. According to the rating compiled by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, following the results of this period, the Republic of Tatarstan was included in the group of regions that showed a high degree of efficiency in the organization of multifunctional centers (MFC).

More than 150 types of the most popular state, municipal and other services can be obtained on the principle of “one window” in the centers of state and municipal services “My Documents” (MFC) located in each municipal district and urban district of the republic. These are services of the Federal Registration Service, the Tax Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (including the Migration Directorate, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate), the Bailiff Service, the Rospotrebnadzor, the Pension Fund, the Social Security Fund, the Federal Property Management Agency, the services of the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises, registration services in ESIA (confirmation of identity on the portal of public services) and other services.

This year, the offices of My Documents also organized provision of a number of new services, including the services of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan related to the reception of forest declarations and provision of forest areas, services of the state budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Evaluation”, additional (related) services.

In July 2018, two new My Document offices were opened in Kazan by the addresses: Pr.Pobedy, 214 and Glavnaya str., 60 (in Derbyshki settlement). In the near future, renovated, well-equipped offices will be opened in Naberezhnye Chelny and Chistopol.

The performing work is aimed at improving the convenience and accessibility of receiving state and municipal services on the principle of “one window”, and its results are positively noted by citizens. Thus, according to the analytical information of the “Your Control” federal system, the level of citizens' satisfaction with the quality of public services in the MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 was 91.8%, and for the I – III quarter of 2018 it was 96.8%, which significantly exceeds the planned value the corresponding federal indicator (90%).
