A new impulse for development. Industrial parks and industrial sites of Tatarstan can count on an interest-free loan
A new product has been launched in the Republic of Tatarstan - a program to subsidize the costs of management companies, industrial parks, industrial sites and their residents, related to the payment of interest on loans. This was announced today by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Director of the Department for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Competition Rustem Sibgatullin at a press conference in the IA "Tatar-inform".
He noted that the recipients of grants are management companies and their residents, as well as residents of accredited industrial sites and parks. The uniqueness of this program is that all costs associated with paying interest on loans attracted to Russian credit institutions are reimbursed.
Loans can be directed to the following purposes:
- purchase of equipment;
-building (reconstruction) of engineering infrastructure, industrial buildings, structures on the site.
The loan must be received no earlier than January 1, 2017 for a period of more than one year and be valid at the time of filing the application. The interest rate on the loan should not exceed the value of the weighted average interest rate determined by the Bank of Russia. This information is posted on the official website of the Bank of Russia (the rate was 14.15% in 2017, in 2018 - 12.04%). The maximum subsidy per recipient is 5 million rubles a year. Reimbursement of costs will be made quarterly for the period of the loan agreement until 2020.
Rustem Sibgatullin noted that this program will also give entrepreneurs the opportunity to overcome obstacles in the development of their activities.
At a press conference Anatoly Tsveyer, Managing Director of "PROFTERMO FACTORY", OOO (Limited Liability Company), stressed that it would be much easier for him, as a participant of this program, to pay off loans. He plans to spend money on further development of production, in particular, for the acquisition of high-tech equipment.
