Tatarstan has the best business project. The team won the "Entrepreneurship" competency in WorldSkills Russia

Golden prize - on the basis of protection of business projects. With this result the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan on competence "Entrepreneurship" has completed the competitions of the working professions "Young professionals" (WorldSkills Russia). The final of the VI National Championship was held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. More than 700 participants, including 152 schoolchildren, took part in it.

Students of KNITU-KAI Anastasia Tazieva and Kamilya Gaynullina adequately demonstrated the theoretical knowledge of own business: the basics of business planning, the features of project financing, marketing, taxation, trends and patterns of business development. In addition, as part of the competition, participants showed an excellent level of English. A high estimation of jury members was caused by the business project of Tatarstan young professionals. The team introduced the mobile application "Quest Guide", allowing tourists in the interactive game mode to get acquainted with the sights of the republic. The result was a victory equal to Moscow with a total of 542 points.

This golden prize was one of 27 absolute victories of Tatarstan in the final of the VI National Championship. In addition to the first place, the republic has 8 silver and 9 bronze medals. This allowed the Tatarstan team to enter the top three teams according to the results of WorldSkills Russia. Among the leaders of the medal offset are also Moscow and the Moscow region.

Winners and prize-winners of the National Championship will join the expanded national team of WorldSkills Russia to represent the country at the international championships. The closest are the European Championships in Budapest (September 2018) and the World Championship in Kazan (August 2019). The winners of the VI National Championship in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk will qualify for participation in the European Championships EuroSkills in Austria (Graz) in 2020 and at the WorldSkills Competition in China (Shanghai) in 2021.
