1 August 2018, Wednesday

First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin told about the measures to support start-up entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens at a briefing in the House of Entrepreneur. "Our task is to support and let people know that it is necessary to get out of the shadow", he said.

It is for this purpose that the Ministry of Economics implements such educational programs as: "Alphabet of Entrepreneur", "School of Entrepreneurship", "Mother-Entrepreneur", "Business Class", "You are an Entrepreneur". Good results have been shown by holding such forums as "Reboot", which was attended by over 6,000 people.

Entrepreneurship Support Fund together with the Ministry of Labor and Employment has been implementing the educational course "Business Planning in Business Activities" since 2017 aimed at preparing business plans for unemployed citizens and their public protection before the commission in order to receive a subsidy in the amount of 117,600 rubles.

Over 1.5 years of training, more than 80 people were trained, half of them registered their business, received subsidies and successfully work in areas especially relevant for "self-employed" (beauty salons, tailor shops, designers, travel companies, legal and accounting consultants, auto repair shops etc.).

Thanks to the above-mentioned training programs, potential entrepreneurs are given all opportunities to discover their abilities in the business sphere.

If the project is successful, the self-employed passes to the status of Individual Entrepreneur or  Limited Liability Company, can engage hired workers. Thus, new opportunities for obtaining state support in the form of preferential loans, leasing, microloans, grants, factoring services, promotion to markets, including international ones, support in the sphere of Internet commerce, and many others are opening up for him.
