Labor productivity and volume of export of INNOKAM will increase 1.5 times by 2020. Volume of attracted investment will amount to over RUR 700 billion

According to the forecast of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the labor productivity and the volume of export of INNOKAM will increase 1.5 times by 2020. The volume of attracted investment will amount to over RUR 700  billion. Today, the cluster concentrates a powerful innovative potential determining the specified territory as a point of growth for not only the Republic of Tatarstan, but for the Russian Federation in general. Over 45.2% of Russian synthetic rubbers, 57% of styrene polymers, every third Russian truck and every second truck tire are manufactured here.

To support the cluster members, the National Subcontracting Portal Innokam.pro was created. It actively operates and helps the cluster members to place orders for advanced technology products and select the proven suppliers and partners bypassing intermediaries. Over 600 members have registered on the portal so far. There are foreign companies from 11 countries among them: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Turkey, South Korea, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.

The synergistic effect of the development of the INNOKAM KITPC (Kama Innovative Territorial Production Cluster) is determined by the intersection of the two largest sectors of economy as the automotive industry and petrochemicals, the connection of the chains of added value, created in them, into an innovative technological platform.

In the cluster, at the intersection of two specializations (petrochemical and automotive industry) new productions are created in the innovative areas of economy: IT technologies, robotics, additive technologies, modern materials, engineering, green technologies.

The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most dynamically developing subjects of the Russian Federation, implementing innovative approaches and modern technologies in oil production and refining, petrochemical industry and machine building, IT, high-tech medicine and other areas.

Tatarstan is an example of a region with a highly developed policy of supporting innovations.
