Tatarstan will get over RUR 3.5 billion from the federal center to refund costs of SEZ "Alabuga"
The volume of federal budget funds that will be allocated to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018-2020 for refunding of costs will amount to RUR 3.69 billion (2018 - RUR 1.086 billion, 2019 - RUR 1.468 billion, 2020 - RUR 1.136 billion). The source of funds is taxes and customs fees payed by the residents of industrial park SEZ IPT "Alabuga" to the federal budget (100% of profit tax, 50% of VAT, 100% of excise-duties for cars and motorcycle, 50% of customs duties). The first tranche in the amount of RUR 365.3 million has already been received.
It should be remembered that Tatarstan refunds its costs in the framework of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the selection of the subjects of the Russian Federation entitled to state support in the form of subsidies for refunding costs for creation, modernization and (or) reconstruction of the infrastructure of industrial parks, technoparks and information technology parks".
By the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the industrial park "Special Economic Zone of Industrial-Production Type "Alabuga" was included into the list of projects for creation, modernization and (or) reconstruction of infrastructure of industrial parks and technoparks.
