Employees of the new generation: WorldSkills enables better integration in profession, and elaboration of relevant practical skills
The Employees of the New Generation round table took place at the Kazan Cooperative Institute, that was dedicated to the opening of the university selection competition under WorldSkills standards. The participants included partners and experts of the movement, competitors in Entrepreneurship, Tourism, and Excursion Service Management categories.
During the round table, issues were discussed pertaining to the contents of the tasks of the competition within the modules of the movement and the inter-university competition. Director of the Center for Implementation of Small and Medium-Size Entrepreneurship Support and Development Programs in the Republic of Tatarstan at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Siraziev told the students on development of business in the Republic. He wished them success in mastering new entrepreneurial competences. The competitors, in turn, noted, that the WorldSkills movement helps them to better integrate in the profession, its essence, and to elaborate relevant practical skills.
During the round table, multiple issues were discussed as regards to contents of the tasks of the movement modules on the basis of SPO the inter-university competition The competition will last till the end of the week.
